I assess where the product stands, define or reset strategy, align stakeholders, and take ownership through execution. I've led full product pivots, rebuilt roadmaps, and managed external development partners from selection to delivery.
I work directly with SMs, POs, and engineers to establish the structures and rhythms that make consistent delivery possible. I've done this in early-stage companies and in large enterprises with decades of established ways of working.
How I work
I go into the processes directly, cut out what isn't working, add what's missing, and leave behind clarity and concrete next steps.
I don't sell frameworks. I look at what's actually happening, figure out what's in the way, and work through it with the people involved.

Experience
Working across product and delivery with companies at different stages, from early-stage startups to established enterprises.
Delivering mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-driven solutions in an agency environment. Leading multiple concurrent projects across diverse industries, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end delivery.
Led multi-disciplinary teams building a digital identity and payments app through company sizes ranging from 30 to 180 people and six major restructurings.
End-to-end delivery of B2B and B2C web and e-commerce projects. Clients included Fraport, EKWB, and Celtra. Project budgets from €10k to €250k.
Managed EU cohesion fund projects for urban renewal and water management with budgets between €5M and €120M. Stakeholder management, GIS analysis, and investment documentation evaluation.
